Photo Reference - I reserve the right to turn down anything I do not deem suitable, if you do not have a photo you can still book and I will contact you before I start work on the commission. This gives you time to get a perfect photo. If you are using a photo of a pet that has passed away, please contact to make sure this photo is suitable.

Copyright - I retain the copyright for all art work, commissions or prints. No art work may be reproduced or altered without my written permission. I will not produce any prints of commissioned work, I will use commissioned work for self promotional purposes.

Packaging & Shipping - Commission artwork will be packaged with extreme care, All UK shipping will be tracked and signed special delivery. For international shipping please contact.
Deposit & Payment - I require a 50% deposit upon booking. This deposit is non-refundable unless an unlikely event prevents me from doing the commission artwork. Payment will be required upon completion of the commission before delivery is made. Payment of import duty may be liable in some countries which will be the sol responsibility of the client.

photo examples
When you are searching for a reference image I always recommend that you use a picture take in natural lighting. This allows me to identify all of the highlights, lowlights and hidden tones within the fur to achieve the most realistic portrait. Please make sure that the image is high enough quality to enable me to capture fur direction and any distinctive characteristics. I understand that this may not be possible if your pet has passed away, but please still get in contact as I will always view the existing images with an open mind.
